Delete Your Account

You can delete your PurposeBased account and all associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

In the app

  1. Open the PurposeBased app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the action when prompted.

Once confirmed, your account is closed immediately and all of your personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@humanbased.org from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials.
  • Your date, time, and place of birth.
  • Your questionnaire answers.
  • Your Blueprint and Full Analysis.
  • Your coaching conversations.
  • Your profile photo, if you uploaded one.

Crash logs that cannot be linked to your identity may be retained for up to 90 days for technical troubleshooting and are then automatically removed.
